Media in India : An observation

The 2014 Lok Sabha elections changed the Indian politics forever. What was considered politically untouchable by one ideology came into the mainstream. Secularism is now replaced by Nationalism. The politics of 'vote bank' is slowly disappearing. Many other things have changed with this. The so called fourth pillar of democracy has also changed! After 2014, The media in India have simply divided into two groups. One group grabbed the right hand while the other group was already on the left. But still today all kinds of media is dominated by the left. It is not true that the right group never existed, but they could not reach the masses. After 2014, such a 'right' group was formed in the so-called 'mainstream' media. Veer Savarkar : The Revolutionary

Swatantryaveer Vinayak Damodar Savarkar is inspiration for many Indians including myself. His sacrifice for the motherland is what makes him great. He is epitome of patriotism. He was not only a freedom fighter but he also worked on the social issues such as untouchability. He wanted to eradicate caste system from Indian society. He believed in democracy. His views were scientific. He was critique of religion. (He criticised every religion!) His works like 'Jatyucchedak Nibandh' (जात्युच्छेदक निबंध ) were much ahead of time. He also worked for Bhasha Shuddhi of Marathi language. He introduced new marathi words to substitute english words. For example 'दूरदर्शन' for 'Television', 'दूरध्वनी' for 'Telephone', 'महापौर' for 'Mayor' and many among the others. Maharashtrians still use these words in day to day life.  Besides this he was an extraordinary poet too. His poems like 'सागरा प्राण तळमळला' and 'जयोस्तुते
